1 Services Agreement

1.1 Service Description: GracecopaintInc provides professional painting services including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, murals, custom color consulting, pressure washing, and refinishing services.

1.2 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during project execution.

1.3 Scope Changes: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

2 Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment details will be provided in your project agreement.

2.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in work stoppage and may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

3 Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has commenced may be subject to fees covering costs incurred.

3.2 Company Cancellation: GracecopaintInc reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Rescheduling: Both parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule postponed services at the earliest mutually convenient time.

4 Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. Any defects in workmanship will be addressed promptly at no additional cost to the client.

4.2 Materials Warranty: Paint and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims as applicable.

4.3 Warranty Period: Specific warranty periods and coverage details will be provided in your service agreement.

5 Liability Limitations

5.1 Insurance: GracecopaintInc maintains appropriate liability insurance for our operations.

5.2 Property Damage: We take care to protect your property during our work. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and addressed according to our insurance policy.

5.3 Pre-existing Conditions: GracecopaintInc is not liable for damage to surfaces with pre-existing structural issues, moisture problems, or other underlying conditions that become apparent during painting.

5.4 Client Property: Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from work areas before services begin.

6 Client Responsibilities

6.1 Access: Clients must provide clear access to work areas, including parking for vehicles and equipment.

6.2 Utilities: Clients must provide access to electricity and water as needed for the project.

6.3 Disclosure: Clients must disclose any known issues with surfaces to be painted, including moisture problems, lead paint, or structural concerns.

6.4 Color Selection: Final color selection is the client's responsibility. We recommend testing colors before full application.
